Will I have my own sales rep?

Yes you will be assigned a sales rep and this will be the person who you will speak to when you call or email.

Do you have a picture catalog?

We have been operating 12 years without one and while we may put one out in the future right now we offer a price sheet packet without pictures. We can however send you manufactures catalogs if available.

Do you ever have specials or closeouts?

Yes, at least once a month we will email or fax you a copy of our specials.

Can I come visit SSR?

Sure you can. We would love to show you around. If you are going to be in the area let your sales rep know and he will be happy to meet with you?

What type of payments do you accept?

All accounts will be opened up under COD/MONEY ORDER at first. We will then evaluate your credit application if submitted and decide upon OPEN ACCOUNT or COD/COMPANY CHECK.

Is there a minimum order amount?

NO, We will take your order no matter how large or small, but remember you will save on shipping the bigger the order is.

How do I set up account?

What if I just opened my business or am just getting started?

No problem just fill out the new account form or call us and we will help you through the process.

How fast will my orders be shipped?

We do our very best to get orders that are preocessed before 3:30 pm CST shipped out the same business day. If your order is processed after this time it may still go out the same day but will probably not go out until the next business day.

Who do you use to ship?

We use UPS for all small to medium orders and SMT on all palletized orders.

When will I get my order?

You will be provided a tracking # with your invoice the day the order is shipped. If you know the order is time sensitive pleas discuss with your sales rep when placing the ordee.

How will I get my invoice and tracking #?

Your sales rep will email or fax this information to you the evening your order is shipped.

What happens if I refuse or cannot sign for an order that is sent to me.

While all orders will be attempted to deliver more than once it is very important that you be available when you know they are coming. If the order comes back to us you will be responsible for the initial shipping as well as any shipping charges we are charged as the reult of the return. If this becomes a repeat case you account may be looked at for prepay or suspension.

Do you sell refurbished products also?

We do have a few lines in which we carry some refurbished products. If you are interested in refurbished please let your sales rep know.

What is your warranty policy?

All new products have a 1 year exchange warranty unless sold to you otherwise. This is a 1 year from introduction date. We can honor the warranty up to six months after the products discontinue date. Refurbished products have a 90 day REPAIR ONLY warranty.
