Please take the time to look over the following list of questions we are most frequently asked as they may help you better understand the way we do business.
We have been operating 12 years without one and while we may put one out in the future right now we offer a price sheet packet without pictures. We can however send you manufactures catalogs if available.
All accounts will be opened up under COD/MONEY ORDER at first. We will then evaluate your credit application if submitted and decide upon OPEN ACCOUNT or COD/COMPANY CHECK.
We do our very best to get orders that are preocessed before 3:30 pm CST shipped out the same business day. If your order is processed after this time it may still go out the same day but will probably not go out until the next business day.
You will be provided a tracking # with your invoice the day the order is shipped. If you know the order is time sensitive pleas discuss with your sales rep when placing the ordee.
While all orders will be attempted to deliver more than once it is very important that you be available when you know they are coming. If the order comes back to us you will be responsible for the initial shipping as well as any shipping charges we are charged as the reult of the return.
If this becomes a repeat case you account may be looked at for prepay or suspension.
All new products have a 1 year exchange warranty unless sold to you otherwise. This is a 1 year from introduction date. We can honor the warranty up to six months after the products discontinue date. Refurbished products have a 90 day REPAIR ONLY warranty.
